Delivery and Returns

Please read this information before making a purchase. Please note the information below relates only to purchases made though our website and are not intended as the terms and conditions for our artificial grass installations. A copy of our installation terms and conditions are available upon request.

We offer express delivery on all orders within the UK Mainland at the rate of £19.99, however outside the UK Mainland an additional £50 is charged. Please note not all products are eligible for delivery outside the UK mainland. If the delivery of the goods is outside the UK mainland times may vary based on the delivery location, please take this into consideration when placing an order with Artificial Grass GB.

We aim to deliver your ordered goods within 2 to 5 working days. Your goods will be dispatched using a signed for courier service, you will receive an email confirmation of the dispatch from ourselves which will contain the tracking number and courier used. You can then track and trace your order right to your door.

Our couriers will attempt to deliver your goods between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and will always aim to have the goods signed for. If you have information you wish to give the couriers for example, a safe place location or day/time not available please add this to your order in the comments box provided. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver your goods within the stated time we will contact you via email and or telephone to update you on the expected delivery date. We will use the email and telephone number provided when the order is place.

Before we dispatch your order, we'll request that you ensure that someone is available at the delivery address on the date of the delivery to receive your goods, as once the goods have been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address. Once you have received your ordered product please sign the delivery document produced by the couriers.

Returns

We offer a 30-day peace of mind return policy on any product brought from us. If you aren't completely satisfied with any product you have purchased from us, please contact us within 30 days from the day of the delivery and our customer service team will guide you through the return process. Please note our returns policies are subjected to the terms and conditions within the Artificial Grass GB webpage.

Please note we offer a Artificial Grass sample service so you can check the product is suitable before placing your order.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, all we ask is that a picture is emailed to us, so we can confirm the fault or damage. Once confirmed we will collect the item free of charge and then either replace the item or issue a full refund.

If the goods ordered are bespoke, we will still accept the return however a re-stocking fee will apply to the order. This re-stocking fee will be 25% of the purchase price of the order. The balance of the account minus the re-stocking fee will be refunded via your original payment method.

If you place an order and wish to cancel before the item is delivered, we may still be able to cancel the delivery, but our restocking fee's will still apply.

Please Note : We offer a one-man, kerbside delivery service, during which our drivers have no obligation to carry the items inside the property. We strongly advise against booking grass fitters in advance to receiving your product in case of unexpected delays or unforeseen issues with your order. We cannot be held accountable for any consequential financial losses caused by this. We inspect and dispatch the items in perfect condition however there is a possibility that item may get damaged during transit. We advise you to check the item thoroughly at the time of delivery for any damages. Please refuse the delivery if you find the item has been damaged during transit.
